We are a business consulting firm with offices in Port Hawkesbury and Port Hood, Nova Scotia and through our partnership with ACTIV, we have access to consultants worldwide. We are a consulting company, dedicated to finding ways to help grow businesses and communities across Atlantic Canada and Northern Canada.
We help businesses and organizations find ways to improve and expand their operations. We do this by focusing on improving their sales and operations through strategic planning, project management, business development, and public relations.
For any projects that are outside the scope of our core business, CBS works with our network of world-class professionals to build a team that fits best on a project-to-project basis. Through CBS and our partner companies, we can not only provide traditional consulting services, but we are also uniquely positioned to handle digital transformation efforts and solve some of the most challenging issues facing companies of all sizes through our total solutions focus that encompasses the three pillars: people, processes, and technology.
Our consultants include Marketing and Sales Experts, Legal Professionals, Financiers, and International Business and Management Consultants. Damian MacInnis, the Project Manager, has over 15 years of consulting, business, economic, and community development experience and has assembled a world-class team for all projects that not only spans throughout Canada but a more localized team that has proven capabilities and track record in real estate, marketing, management & more.
